Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid lifestyle habit coaching programs sold by Mobilityfloraia to customers in the United States.

1. Free inquiries

Contacting us for information does not create a charge. Fees apply only after you sign an enrollment agreement and submit payment.

2. Cancellation before services begin

If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and no coaching session has been delivered, you may receive a full refund of program fees paid to us.

3. Cancellation after services begin

Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. For unused prepaid sessions, we may issue a partial refund on a pro-rata basis if you cancel at least seven calendar days before the next scheduled session. Late cancellations may forfeit that session fee.

4. Digital materials

Downloadable toolkit files are non-refundable once accessed, except where your state consumer law provides additional rights.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a credit card chargeback so we can resolve billing concerns directly.

6. State rights

Residents of certain states may have statutory cancellation rights for remote sales. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer protections under applicable state law.

7. How to request a refund

Email welcome@mobilityfloraia.world with your name, enrollment date, and request. We confirm within three U.S. business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to your original payment method.
